My most frequently asked questions, and (hopefully) all the answers you need!
Q. How much do you charge?
A. Great question! Mini sessions are $150, full portrait sessions start at $250 and full wedding packages start at $1000. Please email me for more information!
Q. Do you have location suggestions?
A. I have LOTS of location suggestions! If you are having trouble thinking of the perfect spot for your pictures, shoot me an email and we can chat! My list is a little too long to put them all here! Also, feel free to go through my portfolio and blog posts. If you see a spot you like, let me know and we can make it happen :)
Q. How far will you travel to do my pictures?
A. I will do pictures anywhere between Logan and Salt Lake City, Utah for no extra charge. Outside of those boundaries I charge a small travel fee.
Q. What time should I book my session?
A. The best time of day for shooting is usually about 1.5 to 2 hours before the sun sets. I occasionally offer sunrise sessions— email me for more information if you are interested!
Q. What if it’s raining the day I’ve booked my session for?
A. I usually try to make your session work regardless of the weather! If it truly is a down-pour though, we can reschedule your portrait or family session, or find an indoor location. I cannot reschedule wedding photos!
Q. Do you have recommendations for other vendors? I need help finding my dress and someone for my makeup and flowers and venue!
A. I do! I even have suggestions of where to get your catered food, live music, videographers, and so much more! I have a comprehensive list coming for that soon.
Q. How long will it take for me to get my photos back?
A. My turnaround time for portrait (engagements, bridals, seniors, etc.) and family sessions is 2-3 weeks. For weddings, its 4-8 weeks!
Q. What all does my booked session include?
A. For mini sessions, you will get 20+ photos, and for portrait sessions, you will get 50+ photos, all delivered via a digital link sent to your email! Weddings (including the reception) return 200-300 photos, either by a digital link or flash drive. All photos are edited and high resolution! You can bring two outfits for portrait sessions, and we can do two locations that are within 10 minutes of each other. Families are limited to one set of outfits and one location. Weddings (LDS temple weddings) include the temple exit, group and family pictures, and a short bridal session of the couple on the temple grounds. Receptions include anything that going on at the reception for the time that you book!
